I am a postdoctoral researcher at the chair of Circular Engineering for Architecture (CEA) at the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Geomatic Engineering, at ETH Zurich, conducting research on the development of digital tools towards a circular built environment.

I carried out my doctoral research as an ITA fellow at the chair of Digital Building Technologies (DBT) at the Institute of Technology in Architecture (ITA), ETH Zurich. My doctoral research focused on developing a digital workflow for the design of non-planar print paths for advanced robotic additive manufacturing processes.

I received my Master of Architecture from the National Technical University of Athens in 2017. While pursuing my masters, I carried out Erasmus studies at ENSAPLV Paris la Villette, where I became acquainted with computational design tools. I also studied a year abroad in the FabLab of IAAC, Barcelona, where I completed the Fab Academy educational program, gaining hands-on experience in digital fabrication techniques. I then pursued post-graduate studies at ETH Zurich, where I completed the Master of Advanced Studies in Architecture and Digital Fabrication. My professional experience includes a year of work at ESRI R&D Zurich as part of its Mixed Reality team where I focused on procedural urban design and Virtual Reality for designing and communicating urban scale proposals.

When I’m not in the office

I’m probably somewhere outdoors (if the weather is good), training swimming, cycling and/or running, enthusiastically preparing for my next triathlon race.
